今年の梅は豊作 ♪ Plum is a good harvest
当館の庭に梅の木があり
今年はいつも以上に梅の花が咲き、
梅の実もいっぱいできるかなぁと期待してたところ、
案の定、鈴なりに・・(^_-)-☆
先日、梅雨の晴れ間に収穫し、早速 梅酒づくりへ
この梅を半年以上ゆっくり寝かせ
綺麗な琥珀色になったころ
板長特製 季節の食前酒としてお出しします ♪
『ひかえめ会席』などお料理のコースでご用意が無い場合、
またまだ飲み足りないという方には、
別注としてもお楽しみいただけます(^^)/
自家製の梅酒どうぞお楽しみに・・・(^^♪
